Since its inception in 1972 by members of the Robles-Santos Family, the company focused on building planned residential subdivisions communities that cater to the emerging middle class.

Sta. Lucia Group successfully diversified into vertical residential developments and currently expanding its business to this project category. The Sta. Lucia Group is also a leading developer of golf courses in the Philippines, having developed the largest number of golf courses in the country and has also developed the 10.5-hectare Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall in Cainta, Rizal. The Sta. Lucia Group through Sta Lucia Land Inc. (SLI) expects to continue its real estate business through its subsidiaries.

LIST OF JOB OPENINGS:

1. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA certification required
  • More than 5 years experience in accounting and financial reporting, with exposure on all areas of general accounting
  • More than 2 years of audit experience is preferred, in addition to corporate accounting experience
  • Financial analysis experience at a public company is preferred
  • SEC reporting experience is strongly preferred
  • Has strong leadership qualities; can manage a large team
  • Preferably female

2. JUNIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a CPA.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in taxation, finance, audit or its equivalent
    is required for this position.
  • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication
    skills
  • Must have excellent ability to lead a team

3. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements:

  • BS Accountancy graduate
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Possess general math skills
  • Has general computer skills
  • Has reporting skills
  • Preferably residing in Pasig and Rizal area

4. CREDIT ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Has strong organizational skill
  • Has the ability to enter information into multiple screens while listening to information from customers
  • Must work well under pressure

5. DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Has strong organizational skill
  • Must work well under pressure

6. SALES ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year work experience in similar position, preferred but not required
  • Must have excellent computer skill in excel
  • Computer skills in excel, powerpoint, spreadsheets and other programs at a high proficient level
  • Must have good working knowledge of NOAH system
  • Must have good oral communication skills

7. ADVERTISING ASSOCIATE

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year work experience in similar position, preferred but not required
  • Knowledge in graphic design, internet marketing research and advertising
  • Has good interpersonal skills, organizing and planning skills

8. GRAPHIC ARTIST

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; graduate degree preferred
  • At least 1 year management experience working with large-scale web sites, e-marketing, and advertising
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions
  • A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
  • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping
  • Experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
  • Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing (a plus) needed for this position
  • Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

8. MIS STAFF

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses
  • Proficient knowledge of HTML, and PHP for website development projects
  • Ability to read and comprehend a technical specification
  • Essential skills in basic computer repairs
  • Good written and oral communication skills

9. PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; preferably licensed
  • Has the ability to plan, schedule, monitor and manage the project
  • Has the ability to manage a team
  • Has the ability to work within budgets and deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to drive is an advantage

10. CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4 year business degree in administration, finance or management
  • Has at least 2-3 years work experience in similar position, preferably from similar industry
  • Has working knowledge on basic finance and accounting
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Has excellent customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Has good interpersonal skill
